DOES NOT ALLOW WATER TO PENETRATE!!! After putting this down I watered and it just beaded up. I tested inside cutting four squares and putting each on a plate with paper towel underneath. Poured colored water on each and waited 24 hours – NO WATER PENETRATED!!!
Customer service suggested stretching the fabric. So now I’ve got to go pull up what I installed to stretch it and then reinstall it?!?!? I don’t think so.
